A number of hotel rooms have been reserved for participants at ECOC 2025 at the hotels listed below.

The accommodation booking will open in January 2025.

CABINN Metro

Cabinn Metro Hotel is a budget-fríendly hotel located in Copenhagen’s Ørestad district, just a short walk from the metro station, offering easy access to major attractions. The hotel features compact, functional rooms inspired by ship cabins.

Rates are per room, per night, including 25% VAT. Breakfast can be added at check-in for a special rate of DKK 99 per day.

Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers

IBIS Styles Copenhagen Ørestad

Payment Terms

Advance payment is required for all bookings. You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please ensure that the payment is completed within 7 days of the invoice date. The full amount must be transferred to the bank account specified on the invoice, with any bank charges covered by the payer.

Late payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

 

Cancellation terms
AC Bella Sky Hotel & Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers Hotel
  • On or before 26 May 2025: No cancellation fee.
  • Between 26 May and 24 July 2025: Refund only if the hotel does not incur any charges.
  • On or after 25 July 2025: No refund.

 

Cabinn Metro Hotel, Scandic Nørreport Hotel & Grand Joanne Hotel
  • On or before 18 August 2025: No cancellation fee.
  • On or after 19 August 2025: No refund.

 

IBIS Styles Copenhagen Ørestad
  • On or before 25 July 2025: No cancellation fee.
  • Between 26 July and 10 August 2025: Refund only if the hotel does not incur any charges.
  • On or after 11 August 2025: No refund.
