Public transport can take you anywhere in Copenhagen!
In Copenhagen, the Metro will take you around the city quickly and effectively, or you can use the yellow public busses. If you want to go out of Copenhagen, trains from Copenhagen Central Station will take you anywhere you like in Denmark or even in Sweden.

Conference App
The conference app can help you plan your days at the conference and connect with fellow participants. You will receive an invitation from Documedias GmbH (the app provider) to join the app via email. The app is called ECOC Conference 2025 in Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Registration
All participants will receive a QR code via email a few days before the conference starts. This code is for printing your name badge when you arrive at the venue. We encourage everyone to register and collect their badge as early as possible to avoid queuing.

Speaker Preview Room
All speakers should upload their presentation in the Speaker Preview Room (room 173) at least 2 hours before their presentation is scheduled to start.

Social Events
Get Together on 28 September
On 28 September, all participants are invited to a get-together event at the conference venue, Bella Center. It is a great way to connect with other delegates before the conference starts and you can also pick up your name badge, so you do not need to do this on Monday morning.
Welcome Reception on 29 September
Join us at the welcome reception at Bella Center where we kick off ECOC2025 the “Danish way”. Meet old and new colleagues while enjoying draft beer and traditional Danish gourmet hotdogs! Non-alcoholic drinks and vegetarian options are naturally also served.
Conference Dinner on 1 October
Enjoy a three course menu, great wines, and open bar at Langelinie Pavillionen. Join fellow delegates for an unforgettable evening in one of Copnehagen’s most iconic venues with stunning views of the habour and a true taste of Danish design and hospitality. Tickets must be purchased through the conference registration.

Meals
Coffee, tea, water and small snacks are included for all conference participants.
The Cafés and Food trucks at the conference venue offer hot and cold drinks, hot and cold meals, snacks and sweets for purchase.
